An Early Years Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) is an experienced member of staff trained to support the emotional health of children under Five.
Our EY ELSA has an understanding of the biological, social, emotional and cognitive processes that children progress through.
An EY ELSA can support children in the development of their emotional awareness, and a greater understanding of their sense of self.
Our EY ELSA can support young children in many ways, such as:
